Creatively Colouring Your Mind and Life!

“I’m just not good at creative thinking.”

Have you ever said this about yourself? If so, you’re not alone.

Let me take this opportunity to state emphatically that I believe everyone was born with the ability to be creative.

Think about it. Wasn’t there at least one time in your life when you did something you’d consider creative? Perhaps it was a story you made up to tell your kids at bedtime; or a particularly brilliant presentation you made at work, or coming up with a new way to inspire yourself in going to the gym? Even the time when we had to invent a white lie to manoeuvre around a hidden truth…. (and we’ve all done that!)

The point is you stretched yourself creatively, and in doing so, became bigger than what you thought you could be.

That is what creativity is all about. It brings out our best selves so we can live our best lives.

It is here that I am very excited and proud to present the Instant Creativity! Workshop to you. This amazing workshop is divided into 4 enriching weekly sessions:

• The Joy of Dreaming: 25 ways of getting into the state for creative thinking
• The Excitement of Originating: 25 ways of coming up with new, exciting and innovative ideas on any topic!
• The Art of Applying: 25 ways of actually knowing how to take those bright ideas and turn them into something that is REAL: planning, staying focused, collaborating, testing, revising.
• The Inspiration from Adapting: 25 case studies of people or companies that have been successful at realising their creative dreams! Adapt their ideas and be inspired!

Each of these sessions includes small group discussions, simple exercises, games, music, stories and more. These sessions are totally interactive, reflective, experiential and creative, and are conducted in a fun, learning environment where “we learn to learn from ourselves, from each other, and from anything!”

Each weekly session is 2 hours long, and includes your FREE Creative Journal and a set of coloured markers!

Corporate Bookings

For corporate clients, you can have the option to run 2 sessions of 4 hours each, or a whole day session (condensed in 7 hours).

The Workshop will be conducted at your business premises.

To maintain interactivity and ease of facilitation, the Workshop is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
