The ISAC Program is a network and support service based on mentorship, coaching and service provision for International Asian Students, and has set the precedence in Australia by offering one-on-one peer-based mentoring and coaching to international Asian students by a fellow Asian consultant and coach. Clients are engaged through a six-monthly membership that lasts from January to June, and July to December every year.

Dr Simon is very well aware of the challenging issues that these students face. With his years of academic, professional and business experience, interpersonal skills and comprehensive training, he assists and guides these students towards creating an advantageous living and learning environment.
Vision
The vision of the ISAC Program is to build a nation-wide mentorship and coaching business that serves all International Asian Students based on peer mentorship and one-on-one coaching, and recognising the interests and well-being of international Asian students in Australia.
Mission
The ISAC Program strives to serve the needs of new Asian international students in Perth during the first year of their settlement, and to provide a conducive and cohesive living and learning environment for them.
Dr Simon will achieve this through:
- leadership, promotion and advocacy of best practice standards in the service of mentorship and coaching;
- providing a means for the exchange of information and networking;
- the facilitation of relevant information and support through its membership and the community; and
- working in partnership with stakeholder organisations including international students associations, universities,
educational, government, business and community groups
